“Ji Fang” has been engaged in the art of “Zisha” teapot making for over 20 years. She belongs to the lineage of Master “Gu Jingzhou”, with Grandmaster “Xu Hantang” and Master “Xu Yuanming” as her predecessors, and studied under Senior Craft Master “Xu Fei”. Her designs in “Zisha” teapots are characterized by a strong personal style, with notable achievements. She excels in boldly combining round shapes with applique, standing out in traditional forms. Each teapot she crafts is seen as a creation from the spiritual world, drawing inspiration from life itself. In 2023, she won the second prize in the Modern Life Ceramics category at the National Light Industry Ceramics Industry Skills Competition, earning the title of "National Ceramics Industry Technical Expert."

Teapots crafted by her hands are known for their dynamic and delicate forms, with profound artistic conception. They not only possess aesthetic appeal but also consider the practicality of tea ware, making them prized possessions for collectors. The value of a “Zisha” teapot lies in the quality of the clay and the meticulous craftsmanship of the artisan, which can captivate tea enthusiasts.

Today, while many exquisite “Zisha” teapots are available in the market, few can achieve the lively yet restrained and elegant quality that “Ji Fang” brings to her creations. She stands out as an exceptional “Zisha” teapot artisan.
